Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat is suitable for all bodies at every stage of life. It improves core strength, flexibility, posture, and helps release tension. As well as enhances balance, coordination and circulation, all while toning the entire body. You will mainly be using your body weight to perform exercises while on a provided mat (although feel free to bring your own), but will at times use props including, bands, balls and rings. Advanced and Modified moves will be provided.

Boot camps with Coach Kenzie

An hour of fun, high-intensity, and energetic cross training workouts that spans across several different fitness concepts. Expect to come and do it all-but never expect any one class to be the same as the last. Muscle confusion is a key element in keeping the body guessing and maximizing results.

Partner Interval Training

Bring a friend or pair up at the beginning of class and push yourselves and each other physically and mentally in this high calorie burn environment. Everything from squats to push-ups, battle ropes to sled push. A fun environment where team work is key.

The weekender

Your work week may be over but your quest for the perfect beach body is just beginning. End your week right with Jordan and Franklin as you join them in their own unique, personal workout. It's goanna be tough, it's goanna push you, but it's all worth it to join in the fun and watch these two grabbing their knees and getting in the trenches alongside everyone else..

Step & Sculpt

Step & Sculpt is a high-energy interval training class that alternates between beginner/intermediate step choreography with intensive muscle conditioning for a total body workout. Simple, heart-pumping step aerobics routines combined with strength training intervals will give you a complete cardio and weights workout. This is an excellent cross-training class for all fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing with an emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
